The location of this place was amazing, with easy access to all the main attractions. It was just a short walk to the famous landmarks and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Another great thing was the price we paid, it was really reasonable compared to what we got. The facilities were top-notch and we had a comfortable stay. The staff was also very helpful and gave us some great tips on where to go and what to see in the city.

The apartment was a bit sparse and could use some finishing touches. There were no mirrors in the bedroom or hallway, which would have been really helpful.

We spend perfect 10/10 time here, can recommend to all. The location is convenient near to the Cannaregio, St Mark's Square, the Basilica di San Marco and the Doge's Palace, the Rialto Bridge and all of Venice's attractions and cad'oro vaporetto stop, and the rooms are light. Within 100 metres there is Pasticceria Bar Martini, that offers tea and treats. Staff is always really helpful and amicable. Has comfortable bed, slept well. The bathroom is fairly clean, relaxing after a long day.

The location of the hotel is really convenient as it is near to many attractions in the city. It is situated very near to Cà D'Oro vaporetto station, making it easy to travel around Venice. Additionally, it is only a short distance away from Saint Mark's Square, allowing guests to easily access this popular tourist spot. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, making the overall service experience pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a kitchenette, fridge, and washing machine available for guests to use.

There were some minor maintenance issues in the rooms, such as chipped wall paint and rusty bits on the bathroom radiator. Although these issues did not greatly impact the overall stay, it would have been better if these small details were taken care of.

Explored Venice and got rejuvenated. Tour/ticket assistance and free WiFi made everything easier. Shopping at Fondamenta Nuove and Auchan was a delight. Enjoyed the whole apartment to myself with AC, dining area, and kitchen. Plenty of recreational opportunities.

The apartment felt like a cozy home with its lovely decorations and comfortable atmosphere. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen where we could prepare our own meals. The flat-screen TV with digital channels was a great addition for our family movie nights. Having complimentary wireless Internet access was also a big plus for us.

Personally, we found that some rooms having cleaning products made it feel less like a vacation and more like daily chores.
